Steve Brock is a retired U.S. Navy Captain and Senior Advisor with the Council on Strategic Risks and the Center for Climate and Security. He served in the office of the U.S. Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, at the White House Council on Environmental Quality, at the US Mission to the United Nations, and at the National Security Council.
