The Council on Strategic Risks (CSR) is pleased to share the announcement that Nolan Center Fellow, Dr. Yong-Bee Lim, has been selected as one of seven fellows to be a part of the inaugural class for the Bulletin of the Atomic Scientists’ Editorial Fellows Program.
During his time in the fellowship, Yong-Bee will work closely with Bulletin editors to write and produce a regular column that focuses on the topic of disruptive technologies.
His first piece, which was released on October 7, 2021 and can be read here, provides a thoughtful analysis on a truly disruptive topic: a comprehensive look at DIY COVID-19 vaccine projects that emerged during the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic, and lessons learned from these efforts.
