Non-Resident Fellow, Council on Strategic Risks
Rassin is a Non-Resident Fellow at the Council on Strategic Risk (CSR), focused on supporting CSR’s mission to increase biosecurity internationally, and was previously a Nolan Centre fellow at CSR. Apart from CSR, Rassin works at Chatham House within the health security team and consults for the World Bank on projects working to enhance pandemic preparedness and emergency responses as well as biosecurity in multiple regions. Rassin has a background specializing in infectious diseases and immunology, having completed a Masters and PhD at the University of Oxford and worked in researching respiratory diseases as well as projects within global health.
